What we publish

What we do not do
- We do not sell saunas, chillers, or installation services.

- We do not present estimates as quotes. Local code and labor vary.
Who writes it
The byline is Dip & Heat Editorial Team. We are a small research desk, not a clinical practice. Every article lists its sources, and every estimate shows its arithmetic. If a claim cannot be sourced, it is labelled as our estimate rather than stated as fact.
